Who We Are

Bridge to Success is a partnership between the City and County of San Francisco, San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), City College of San Francisco, San Francisco State University and our community to change policies and practices to ensure that more San Francisco youth are taking steps toward post-secondary success. Our goal is to double the percentage of SFUSD students who achieve a baccalaureate degree, particularly African American and Latino youth.

About Our Work

We use collaborative approaches to coordinate, introduce, and implement policy changes and new practices within and across educational institutions in San Francisco to increase students’ post-secondary success.

Data and Progress

Bridge to Success uses data to drive its strategy. By bringing together researchers and analysts from the school district, City College, and research firms, we deepen our understanding of the challenges and obstacles that hinder students’ post-secondary success.
